Shooting for sport is popular in many countries all over the world but due to local legislation in many EU countries, it is almost impossible for many Europeans to actually hold live firearms in their home country and in most cases it is even harder to fire them legally.
For this reason, PrepYou.Eu is now offering international shooters visiting Bulgaria regularly the opportunity to own their own weapon system/s for their own personal use when they are in the country.
2 Day Shooting & Shopping Trip

How does it work?
Due to Bulgarian law, you must be a Resident of Bulgaria to legally own and keep it at home your own firearm which excludes most visitors to Bulgaria being able to use and train on their own specific weapon systems, complete with custom modifications, optics and anything else they feel will improve their shooting.
PrepYou.Eu now has a solution which allows you to own*, store and shoot your own weapons purchased in Bulgaria at our range near Sofia, Bulgaria for a small annual fee or alternatively, we have options for you to store them for free!
The purchase process:
- Visit us at PrepYou.Eu in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Choose your weapons, receive a quote and accept
- Confirm your Storage Option (See below)
- Sign your legal contracts & protocols to assign ownership and permissions
- Pay for your firearm/s and book your next shooting trip!

Storage cost/s:
- Private Storage – You choose the weapon systems you want, we source the weapons you require and we securely store them at our range complex in Sofia for your next visit. The cost for storage per annum for your EXCLUSIVE USE is:
- €18 per month per rifle or carbine – Paid annually
- €12 a month per pistol – Paid annually
- Armoury Services – At Cost
- Club Storage – As above but your weapons are available for use ONLY for PrepYou.Eu students attending training courses in Sofia and will be rotated through our inventory as and when we need them. PrepYou.Eu will service and maintain your weapons for you to ensure they are in perfect condition for when you would like to use them. The cost of storage for Club Storage:
- €3 per month per rifle or carbine – Paid annually
- €1 a month per pistol – Paid annually
- Armoury Services, Cleaning & maintenance – Free of charge

Your Shopping Trip Intinery
Day 1
- 0930 – Pick up from your hotel in Sofia (we have our own accommodation, please contact us for information)
- 1000 – 1230 – Visit retail partners to view over 1,000 available weapon systems, optics and customisations options
- 1300 – Arrive PrepYou.Eu Training Centre
- 1300-1330 – Lunch, safety brief & range sign-in
- 1330 – 1730 – Weapon Competency on AK47, M4/MP5 & Glock 17
- 1800 – Drop off at Team Pub (or other location on request)
Day 2
- 1000 – Pick up from your hotel in Sofia
- 1020 – Arrive PrepYou.Eu Training Centre
- 1030 – Saftey Brief & Armoury
- 1100 – 1300 – Marksmanship Principles & Long Distance Shoot – Weapons available
- AK47

- Sniper Rifle/Dragunov Sniper Rifle
- 1300-1330 Lunch
- 1400 – 1730 – Drills, Drills, Drills!
- Repeated live-fire drills
- Shoot Timers used to measure Reaction Time, Magazine Changes & Rounds on Target/Rounds per Minute
