PrepYou.Eu has been running our regular Advanced Group Sunday Session (Every Sunday from 1400 Summer Times/1300 Winter Times) for nearly three years and this is one of the most popular and cost-efficient ways for our regular shooters to train.
The Ladies Only Group will start in mid-November 2022 from 1130-1400 (1230 Start in Summer Time) and offers the chance to learn alongside more experienced female shooters and Range Saftey Officers.
The Ladies Only Sunday Session will cover 100% the same training as the mixed groups but with more emphasis on self-defence, first-aid and training scenarios based around real-world incidents that a young female traveller, mother or business lady may encounter in Bulgaria or beyond.
In time, we plan to have special guest instructors as well as special training opportunities including Unarmed Combat.
All training is conducted by PrepYou.Eus highly experienced ex-military instructors who have trained over 8,500 people in the company’s year history. (Approx. 30% of these students were female!)
The Sunday Session is seriously sociable and great for networking if you are new to the city or have been here forever!
