Armed & Unarmed Combat – In conjunction with Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria

In conjunction with Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria, PrepYou.Eu is proud to host a series of close quarter armed and unarmed combat training sessions at our secure training facility in Boyana, Sofia.

We have chosen to work with Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria as they share the same ethos of “honest, practical training without the BS”. Like PrepYou.Eu, Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria prepares its students for the worst-case scenario starting with their mindset.

Students will learn a number of new skills via realistic tactical scenarios involving multiple treats (attackers) with a variety of weapon systems (firearms, blade, tactical pen stick/baton/bat/etc). You will be taught how to respond to these types of threat in a controlled but with maximum [controlled] aggression appropriate for the actual threat itself. There will be a great focus on fighting back with improvised weapons and those that comply with local legislation in your home country. For example, Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria has prepared a module-specific for UK students who by law, are not allowed to carry a knife with a locking blade so the emphasis will be on the good old Victorinox Swiss Army knife!

Equally, students will realise a lot of what they have been told before or “seen in the movies” is not always a realistic or suitable response for many real-life situations.

The five, three-hour modules are intended for complete novices of all physical fitness levels & gender and attendance are open to all over the age of 18. Jujitsu and Escrima are some of the flighting disciplines taught with more to be added over time.

UK Students – Famously, many parts of the UK have become “knife crime hot spots” with younger and younger victims making the news daily. For this reason, PrepYou.Eu and Wing Tsung WMAA Bulgaria are happy for mature young men and women to attend from 14 years old providing they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  I have been practicing Wing Chun since 2009.

• I have attended many seminars in Bulgaria and Europe.
• Private student of Sifu J. Heder for 5 years.
• In 2013 I defended my 12th degree instructor at the WMAA headquarters in Munich in front of Grandmaster H. J. Reimers.
• Chief instructor for WMAA-BULGARIA at the headquarters for 5 years.
• Under my leadership, high-level instructors have distinguished themselves.
• In 2018 open my own school at the World Martial Arts (WMAA)
• In 2019 I conduct an independent exam seminar.
• That same year I was awarded the head coach for Bulgaria for WMAA-Bulgaria .
• October 2019  we opened a new hall “School Slavia” with my longtime student Sihing Biser Simeonov.
• During the same year, I visited the headquarters in Munich three times, participated in three exam seminars, and took private lessons from  Grandmaster H. J. Reimers.
• From 2019 I conduct exam seminars and graduate instructors
• Defended my 3rd technical degree before the Grandmaster of the WMAA, Si-Gung Hans York Reimers in Munich, Germany on 12.12.21.
